Overview
The Infrastructure Services Department is entrusted with planning, developing, expanding, and maintaining the municipality’s core infrastructural systems. Guided by the Constitutional mandate to “provide services to communities in a sustainable manner and promote a safe and healthy environment”, the department ensures reliable, efficient, and environmentally responsible infrastructure that supports social and economic development.
The department focuses on delivering and sustaining essential bulk services, upgrading infrastructure to meet growing demand, and implementing long-term solutions that enhance community well-being and urban resilience.
