Executive Management Committee (EMCO):
This is the highest strategic management body, consisting of the Municipal Manager, Chief Operations Officer, and Deputy Municipal Managers. EMCO meets weekly to process departmental reports and make administrative decisions.
IDP Steering Committee:
Chaired by the City Manager, this committee ensures adherence to the Integrated Development Plan (IDP) process and includes executive managers from each department.
Ward Committees:
