The City of uMhlathuze Mayor Cllr Xolani Ngwezi will tomorrow be conducting sod turning and introducing a contractor who is already doing work on the 15megalitrè package plant. The completion of the package plant will mean the end of water challenges as currently 15 wards under the eSikhaleni cluster in uMhlathuze are experiencing water challenges. The Mayor will also conduct a Sod turninf for the construction of a fitness centre and a business centre in eSikhaleni.
