The City of uMhlathuze will engage with the members of the public to solicit views and inputs on basic services delivery through Integrated Development Plan (IDP) public participation mass meeting.
The City has already met with the people of eNseleni and Ngwelezana Clusters and will now engage with 14 wards of eSikhaleni, KwaDlangezwa Port Dunford and other areas in the Cluster.
This is the 4th generation of the IDP and by law, all municipalities are required to engage with the public it serves so that all plans and programmes address the needs of the people.
